1. We start by listening.The first step is a free call and a written note. “You don't need us” is a real answer, and we give it when it's true.
2. Live means live.Every product and site we show is running right now. Anything that's coming is labelled as coming.
3. Everything is labelled.Our product, a client's site, or a proposal we built for a business that isn't a client — every piece of work says which.
4. No invented numbers.No made-up statistics, no fake reviews, no “trusted by thousands.” When we compare prices, we say where they came from and when.
5. Fixed prices, before the work.Set-up and custom systems get one price, in writing, before we start. New work is a new quote, never a surprise invoice.
6. Your accounts, your data.You sign up for your own services in your own name, and we never mark them up. Your customer data is yours to take.
7. Permission first.Messages to your customers follow their consent and the rules where they live. Promotions only go to people who said yes.
8. We hand it back.Whatever we set up, your team can run — with a written guide, not a standing invoice.
